Had this for a while before we used it for the first time. It makes the best steak ever. Perfect medium rare, just throw it on the grill long enough to get some color and its perfect. Keep in mind that your steak will not be on the grill long enough to render any fat, and the sous vide will not get hot enough, so use a lean cut.
